Product Description:
This hot wire foam cutter can cut all fashionable polystyrene (EPS,
XPS) slab sizes effectively, proper and easily. The heating wire
foam cuttercan be used horizontally (e.g. on a stack of polystyrene
slabs or some table), standing (e.g. the usage of distinctive stand
base which is avaliable optionally), leaned towards the wall or
connected to the scaffold rail with the optionally accessible
scaffold bracket.
The Hot Wire Foam Cutter is a electrical slicing device used to
reduce or manage polystyrene / styrofoam (EPS, XPS) foams and
comparable materials.
The hot wire foam cutter machine consists of a thin, taut slicing
wire, frequently made of NiChrome, Titanium, Stainless steel, or a
thicker wire preformed into a preferred shape, which is heated by
electrical resistance to appr. four hundred – 500°C.
As the slicing wire is surpassed thru the fabric to be cut, the
warmth from the wire vaporates the fabric just in strengthen of
contact.
Notice:
Adjust the vertical Angle of the device to the right. The shift
switch can be adjusted to open gear and adjust the temperature of
the application. Wait 3-5 seconds immediately after cutting the
item. When cutting, wire temperature is very high, should be away
from flammable and explosive materials. When cutting, cut off the
power in time.
